- Our cancellation policy is a minimum of 24 hours notice
- Everyone gets one free “miss” without having to pay for the reservation.
- Failing to give us a 24 hours notice after one “miss” appointment will be resulting to our cancellation fee.
- The deposit of 50% of the treatment will be charged on the day of making an appointment and will not be refunded at a short notice.
- For clients using a pre paid voucher, the voucher will automatically be redeemed by the system.
- For clients who regularly fail to make it to the appointments, we reserve the rights to take a full payment in advance for all bookings.
We respect your time and when you ask for a reservation we are happy to make it for you. Once we’ve reserved that time for you we turn away business for that time frame because we have promised it to you.
Please arrive in plenty of time for your appointment. Regretfully late arrival will constitute reduced treatment time, but will be charged at the full rate.
6 treatment courses are valid for 12 months from first treatment and are non-transferable.
13 treatment courses are valid for 16 months from first treatment and are non-transferable.
You can not redeem a loyalty card for a voucher. You can not use a loyalty card alongside any special offers, discounts or packages.
Offers may not be used in conjunction with any other deals.
If an Offer is involving 2 or more treatments i.e. book a massage get a free facial – you must have both treatments on the same day.
For ‘Buy One Get One Half Price’ the discount applies to the cheapest item or treatment.
‘3 for 2’ on Tuesday’s the cheapest is Free
Gift vouchers are valid for a term of 6 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used against any other offers. You are not able to exchange a loyalty card for vouchers.
As a courtesy to other clients and for insurance reasons, we are unable to allow children to accompany parents or guardians into the treatment rooms. In the reception area children must be supervised by an adult at all times
If you have any medical conditions or requirements that we should take into account during your treatment, please let us know when booking the appointment. For example, heart conditions, cancer, epilepsy, diabetes require doctors approval (which the salon can process on your behalf). Any contagious conditions such as athletes foot (for any treatments where your feet are exposed), cold sores (for facial treatments), scabies, lice, shingles venereal disease (for Hollywood and Brazilian waxing) etc should be fully cleared before making an appointment to avoid risk to staff and other clients. Failure to inform us could result in a late cancellation fee being charged to your account or gift voucher. Some products in our treatments may contain traces of nuts.
Payments can be made by debit and credit card or cash, we do not accept the cheque.
All prices are correct at the time of print and are subject to alteration without prior notice.
Choice of the therapist may not be guaranteed, however we will endeavour to supply your preferred therapist.
All employees of Your Style Boutique Hair & Tanning have the right to work without the fear of abuse, assault, insult, intimidation or humiliation. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw services without notice and at any time, either prior to, during or post treatment. Any violence or abuse directed at our staff will result in matters being followed up with the police.
